Every swap takes a 3% tax. Each 10 swaps spawn a Tax Fish — stake a rod within 10 minutes to enter the draw. Winner takes 2/3 of the pool, treasury takes 1/3. Rods with 0 uses can only be used for synthesis, not staking.
